Returns & Exchanges
Important Note:
Due to the nature of perfume products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used bottles for hygiene reasons.
Please order products when you are absolutely sure about them, unsure customers will not be entertained.
Eligibility for Returns
You may return an item within 2 days of delivery if:
- The product arrived damaged or leaking.
- You received the wrong item.
- The item is unopened and in its original packaging (seal intact).
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at support@haiderscents.com or send a text at +92 330 999 6303 with your Order ID and photos of the issue.
Our team will guide you through the process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash within 5-7 business days.
